God Mahadev
Mahadeva, also known as Shiva, is one of the principal deities in Hinduism, revered as the supreme being who creates, protects, and transforms the universe. The name "Mahadeva" translates to "Great God" or "Supreme God," reflecting his lofty position in Hindu cosmology and theology. Depicted with various attributes and symbols, Shiva is often depicted with matted hair, a crescent moon adorning his head, a third eye on his forehead symbolizing wisdom and insight, a trident representing his power to destroy ignorance and evil, and a serpent coiled around his neck symbolizing eternity.
